- Pick-Up and Drop-Off
Last Chance Computers offers free pick-up and drop-off of computers to cities local to Concord, CA.
If you live far from Concord, CA, you may ship the item to Last Chance Computers. Shipping costs will be discussed beforehand.
- Diagnostic
There is no fee to diagnose your desktop or laptop's problem.
However, there may be a fee if more than one computer is checked in to LCC.
Also, we may be able to diagnose other types of electronics. This may or may not be free, please ask us if we are able to fix your device.
- Virus Removal
Viruses are running wild on the internet these days, and they can be a real pain to try and get rid of. Viruses, as well as spyware and malware, can prevent you from logging on to Windows, disable your programs, slow down your machine, and much more. Some of these viruses are obvious, some are not; let LCC wipe your computer clean of all your viruses, to prevent further infection.
- Operating System Reinstallation
Sometimes it's just not enough to get rid of the viruses or maybe you don't have the time to uninstall the programs that you don't use anymore. If you don't want to deal with the hassle of these problems, maybe it's time you reinstalled your Windows, or Operating System. If you'd like your data transferred over, I can take care of that as well. I'll set you up with everything you need! It'll be just like it was when you first bought it.
- Data Recovery
